Qualifications - Excellent command of English is essential; Spanish will be the primary working language with local teams and clients. - Solid experience managing data or analytics projects end-to-end, ideally in a fast-paced tech, SaaS, or consulting environment. - Understanding of how data models, ETL pipelines, and reporting systems work. - Comfortable discussing project timelines with stakeholders and schema design with developers. - Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments with evolving definitions and ambiguity. - Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language. - Extreme ownership from discovery to delivery, ensuring that every project meets both technical and business expectations. - Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish. - Familiarity with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Airflow, DataHub, or BI platforms (Metabase, Superset, Looker, etc.) is a plus. Nice to Have - Experience working on partner-facing reporting portals or analytics platforms. - Ability to bring ideas and experience to help shape the vision and strategy of our reporting products and the reporting experience for partners. Benefits - "Relación de dependencia" contract. - OSDE 410 as medical insurance. - English Lessons. - WellHub Membership. - 40% discount on all Fever events and experiences. - Home office friendly anywhere in Argentina. - Opportunity to have a real impact in a high-growth global category leader. - Responsibility from day one and professional and personal growth. - Great work environment with a young, international team of talented people to work with! - Attractive compensation package consisting of base salary and the potential to earn a significant bonus for top performance (including Base, Variable, and Stock Options).
