Role Description We are looking for a Performance & App Monetization Manager to drive the in-app revenue growth of our digital content services. Positioned at the crossroads of Business, Product and User Acquisition , this role encompasses the monetization performance end-to-end. Your mission is to maximize revenue performance by providing the Product team with data-driven insights to refine app configurations. You will be the expert on balancing user experience with profitability, ensuring our freemium models and monetization mechanics are best-in-class. Key Responsibilities - Monetization & Product Input - Optimize the apps "economic engine." - Define and fine-tune Freemium settings (paywall placement, feature gating, trial periods) to maximize conversion. - Translate revenue objectives into clear product recommendations and experiments. - Conduct continuous benchmarking of competitor practices and industry trends to ensure our monetization UX remains a competitive advantage. - Full-Funnel Revenue Performance - Drive revenue across three core pillars: Subscriptions, In-App Purchases (IAP), and Advertising. - Collaborate with UA teams to provide "end-to-end" performance analysis, ensuring that acquisition spend is aligned with high-LTV users. - Run rigorous A/B testing schedules on pricing strategy, localized offers, and promotional seasonalities. - Store Management & Partnerships - Serve as the primary commercial lead for Apple (App Store) and Google (Play Store). - Monitor store evolutions to leverage new monetization features (e.g., custom product pages, win-back offers). - Performance Monitoring & Visibility - Design and manage performance dashboards tracking metrics such as ARPU, LTV/CAC ratios, and Churn. - Communicate performance audits and strategic pivots to senior leadership. Qualifications - 2–3 years in App Monetization or Growth Product Management. - Economic Performance Mindset: You are obsessed with ROI and have a proven track record of moving the needle on revenue metrics. - Product Sensibility: You understand how app configuration impacts user behavior and can translate business goals into product requirements. - Experience with monetization platforms: Familiarity with platforms such as RevenueCat, Purchasely, or other subscription and in-app purchase platforms is a plus. - Analytical Expertise: Advanced skills in data visualization and market research/benchmarking. - Ecosystem Mastery: Deep knowledge of App Store Connect and Google Play Console commercial tools. - Languages: Professional fluency in English and French is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
