• Review system reports for accuracy (dates, revenue, status, resource assignments, etc.) and make updates as necessary • Create jobs in SAP • Add Project Accountant (PA) assignments to systems as needed • Assist Director with month end revenue review process • After month end accrual process, close jobs in SAP
Job Requirements
- Previous accounting experience in A/P, A/R, and client billing is preferred
- Bachelor or Associates Degree in accounting or related field preferred
- English proficiency to work with US market
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Accounting software experience a plus
- Travel industry/hotel experience a plus
