• The Senior Accounting Manager serves as a key technical expert within our Finance and Administration team. • Collaborating closely with the Controller, prepare timely and accurate monthly Financial Statements that reflect the accuracy and integrity of Orbis International accounts and records in compliance with GAAP. • Maintain supporting schedules and perform monthly reconciliation of temporarily restricted net asset balances. • Identify discrepancies or inefficiencies in financial processes and bring forward recommendations to the Controller. • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, including GAAP and donor-specific requirements. • Supervise and mentor two accounting professionals.

• Design and deliver trainings on accounting software and reporting tools for users and clients. • Explain and demonstrate the practical use of AI-powered features within accounting and reporting platforms. • Create training materials (guides, tutorials, recordings, presentations) for different user levels. • Provide post-training functional support to users and clients on tool usage. • Gather user feedback to identify additional training needs and improve existing content. • Coordinate with product, support, and training teams to stay current on new features and platform updates.

• Leads enterprise cost accounting activities across hospitals, physician organizations, ambulatory operations, and corporate functions • Serves as the enterprise subject matter expert in healthcare costing methodologies, profitability analytics, and financial performance measurement • Conducts root-cause analysis of cost, margin, and profitability variances across service lines, sites, and operational units • Translates complex financial and operational data into executive-ready insights, briefings, and presentations for senior leadership • Develops and maintains service line profitability, contribution margin, and operating margin reporting • Manages, mentors, and develops Cost Accounting analyst by setting clear performance expectations • Establishes and maintains reporting standards and internal controls that ensure the accuracy, transparency, and consistency of cost and profitability information • Supports strategic planning efforts in collaboration with Strategy, Finance, and Operations leaders • Partners with Revenue Cycle, Reimbursement, and Managed Care teams to assess financial performance by payer, service line, and site of care
