• Build structured enablement frameworks for technical onboarding and ongoing skills reinforcement. • Develop modular toolkits, playbooks, and best-practice guides tailored to technical roles. • Design and deliver technical training and coaching sessions (live and virtual). • Own and evolve a technical readiness framework, defining what 'demo-ready' and 'technically proficient' look like at each level. • Own technical enablement content strategy Partner with Product and Engineering to translate Keepit concepts into clear, actionable learning. • Manage and evolve the Knowledge Management System (KMS) for technical audiences. • Work with the Product and Designer Teams to build and maintain the canned demos. • Transform content such as scripts, product notes, and subject-matter expertise into well-structured, visually engaging learning experiences (e-learning modules, interactive guides, and video). • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Customer Experience, and Partner Enablement to align programs with GTM priorities. • Act as the technical enablement liaison in product launches, ensuring readiness across internal and external stakeholders. • Define KPIs and success metrics for technical enablement initiatives (ramp time, demo readiness, win rate contribution, time-to-value). • Use data-driven insights to iterate and improve enablement programs. • Champion the adoption of AI tools, coaching assistants, knowledge-base AI tools, content generation, to scale enablement. • Stay ahead of emerging tools and bring best practices into Keepit's enablement practice. • Apply enablement best practices and adult-learning principles to continuously raise the quality and effectiveness of programs, and champion a strong enablement culture across the GTM organisation.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years in a technical enablement, sales enablement, or instructional-design role at a SaaS or enterprise-software company, with proven expertise in instructional design and adult-learning principles.
- Instructional-design knowledge (curriculum design, learning-experience design) and hands-on skill with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Camtasia)
- Deep enablement expertise that complements a technically strong team, bringing modern learning methodologies, fresh ideas, and an outside-in perspective on how best-in-class enablement is done.
- Strong technical fluency with cloud/SaaS concepts (data protection, backup/DR, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, or equivalent).
- Data-driven mindset, you define KPIs, measure outcomes, and present results to leadership.
- Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- AI fluency.
- Familiarity with enablement/LMS tools (Nice-to-haves)
