Role Description Our client is actively seeking a Senior PeopleSoft Administrator who can support the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application hosted at AWS Cloud Services with some knowledge in MuleSoft middleware. - The candidate may be required to manage MuleSoft middleware hosted on Anypoint platform in AWS cloud that integrates with PeopleSoft. - Responsibilities may include establishing 2-way SSL connectivity between MuleSoft and locations, troubleshoot integration issues between MuleSoft APIs and PeopleSoft Integration broker. - The candidate will support critical projects with enterprise-wide impact across all the campuses/medical centers at all levels. - The candidate will have the ability to make a difference and have a real influence in how we can best manage and support this large implementation. - The candidate is passionate about pushing optimization and enhancing performance across large and extremely complex PeopleSoft deployments. - The candidate understands HA (High availability), Load balancers, Oracle CPU patching, Tax-updates, PeopleSoft Tools and application upgrades (PUM cycles). - The candidate will apply expert level skills in all aspects of PeopleSoft administration and in implementing and supporting enterprise PeopleSoft deployments. - Core responsibilities include managing and supporting PeopleSoft HCM and their corresponding components (Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition and Management, Integration Broker, etc.). - They will have proficiency in troubleshooting production performance issues that support our large end-user population across multiple organizational units with high consequences of success or failure. - The candidate will have a good understanding of single sign-on methodologies. - The candidate will support end users and App development teams and vendors. - They will document processes and procedures for production control staff. - The candidate understands PeopleSoft refreshes and will lead quarterly PeopleSoft and ad-hoc refresh efforts by coordinating with teams including Database, App dev, business, end users, database replication, release management, and project teams. - They will provide expert troubleshooting for isolating technical problems in PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) including Oracle databases, Tuxedo Application Servers on Unix, Process Schedulers on both Unix and NT, WebLogic configuration, FTP servers, Elastic Search, Application Engine, Data Mover, SQR, Cobol, BI Publisher, Application Messaging/Integration Broker, PS Query, People Code, Security, ExcelToCI, VMWare PUM staging, SSL Certificates, SSO, MuleSoft integration components and PUM and Tools upgrade related issues; debug and optimize SQL statements, PeopleSoft migrations using PHIRE Architect migration tool. - They will manage and respond to service now requests, incidents, and changes. - Involves in problem management, log analysis, and performance optimization of different hosted applications. - Maximizes PeopleSoft Performance by performing system analysis, monitoring and tuning; troubleshooting, escalating application issues problems to vendors. Qualifications - Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. - Knowledge of MuleSoft middleware. - Expertise in PeopleSoft administration. - Understanding of high availability and load balancing. - Proficiency in troubleshooting production performance issues. - Familiarity with single sign-on methodologies. - Experience in documenting processes and procedures. - Knowledge of PeopleSoft refresh processes.
