Vice President, Bioprocess Sales Americas

Role Description The Vice President, Bioprocess Sales USCAN is responsible for defining and executing the regional commercial strategy to drive growth, profitability, and customer impact across the USCAN region. This leader will oversee a $1.8B business, lead a large commercial organization, and serve as a strategic partner across functions to accelerate Cytiva’s market leadership. This position reports to the VP, Bioprocess Sales and is part of the Bioprocess Commercial organization and will be remote within USCAN. What you will do: - Lead the USCAN Bioprocess commercial organization to deliver >$1.8B in revenue, ensuring strong performance across orders, revenue, and profitability. - Own and drive regional core value drivers including core growth, operating margin expansion, on-time delivery, quality, and return on invested capital. - Define and execute the regional commercial strategy aligned with global priorities, market dynamics, and customer segmentation insights. - Partner cross-functionally (Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance) to ensure end-to-end execution of commercial strategy, including orders, shipments, contracts, and AR. - Advance strategic account growth by aligning resources to large-scale opportunities and leading cross-functional win strategies for key accounts. - Lead and develop a high-performing organization (>250 associates), including talent acquisition, succession planning, leadership development, and engagement. - Act as a senior external representative of Cytiva, strengthening executive-level customer relationships and positioning Cytiva as a preferred partner. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). - Significant functional experience (typically 15+ years) in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or Healthcare industry. - Demonstrated leadership experience (typically 10+ years) leading large, multi-layered commercial organizations. - Proven experience managing a P&L of ≥$400M, with accountability for revenue growth and profitability. - Experience leading organizations of >200 associates across multiple geographies. - Track record of developing and executing commercial strategies that drive market share growth and customer expansion. - Experience operating in a global, matrixed organization and leveraging structured business systems (e.g., DBS or equivalent) for performance management. Requirements - Ability to travel approximately 40–50%, including domestic and occasional international travel. - Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
