Role Description Guiscriff est une commune du Morbihan d'environ 2 200 habitants, membre de la Communauté de communes Roi Morvan Communauté. Attachée à la qualité de ses services publics de proximité, la collectivité recherche son ou sa futur·e Directeur·rice Général·e des Services pour accompagner les élus dans la conduite des projets communaux et la gestion quotidienne de l'administration. Placé·e sous l'autorité directe de Madame le Maire et en lien étroit avec l'équipe municipale, vous serez le·la garant·e de la mise en œuvre du projet de mandature et l'interlocuteur·rice privilégié·e des partenaires institutionnels. - Assister et conseiller les élus dans la définition et la mise en œuvre des orientations stratégiques de la commune. - Piloter, coordonner et animer l'ensemble des services municipaux (services administratifs, techniques, culturels, scolaires et périscolaires) – 18 agents. - Élaborer et suivre le budget communal en lien avec les élus et le service comptabilité. - Assurer la gestion des ressources humaines : organisation du travail, dialogue social, suivi des carrières et de la masse salariale. - Préparer et assurer le suivi des séances du conseil municipal et du conseil d’administration du CCAS (ordres du jour, délibérations, comptes rendus). - Piloter les projets structurants de la commune (voirie, bâtiments communaux, …) et le suivi des marchés publics (exécution administrative et financière, présence lors des réunions de chantier). - Veiller à la sécurité juridique des actes et procédures de la collectivité. - Représenter la commune auprès de la Communauté de communes Roi Morvan Communauté et des partenaires institutionnels (État, Département, Région). Qualifications - Formation supérieure en droit public, gestion des collectivités territoriales ou administration publique. - Connaissance du statut de la fonction publique territoriale, des finances publiques locales et des marchés publics. - Expérience confirmée sur un poste de direction générale ou de direction de services, idéalement en commune ou en intercommunalité de taille comparable. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels métiers (comptabilité publique, actes administratifs). Requirements - Sens du service public et de l'intérêt général. - Capacités managériales, d'organisation et de gestion des priorités. - Discrétion professionnelle, disponibilité et sens du dialogue avec les élus, les agents et les administrés. - Autonomie, rigueur et esprit d'initiative, appréciés dans le cadre d'une petite équipe polyvalente.

Title: Treatment Liaison - REMOTE Location: Pittsburgh, PA Job Description: Full-time Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Full-time Treatment Liaison to serve as a key ambassador for the organization. This position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong referral relationships, expanding community partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer service to referral sources, patients, and other stakeholders. The Treatment Liaison drives business development efforts, increases referral volume, identifies growth opportunities to support a strong payer mix, and helps ensure a seamless experience throughout the referral and admissions process. To be considered for the position, you must live within the Pittsburgh, PA area or surrounding counties and be able to travel throughout the region as needed. Responsibilities - Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to increase referrals and support organizational growth. - Conduct regular in-person and virtual visits with referral partners to educate them on programs, services, and admissions processes. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and referral patterns to identify opportunities for growth. - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned referral sources. - Foster long-term relationships through consistent communication, responsiveness, and excellent service. - Develop referral source engagement strategies that improve satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. - Resolve concerns promptly while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. - Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, referral contacts, and relationship development efforts within the organization's CRM or referral tracking system. - Collaborate closely with Admissions and Clinical teams to facilitate timely communication and smooth patient transitions. - Provide education regarding levels of care, insurance coverage, treatment options, and available resources. - Work with patients to coordinate return to work and related paperwork prior to discharge. - Facilitate completion and submission of STD/FMLA paperwork. - Complete all documentation in patients’ charts regarding case management activities; provide comprehensive written and verbal follow up with referral sources during treatment and at discharge. - Broaden and develop Gateway Rehab’s geographic base across PA with the support of the telehealth-only license. - Maintain a working knowledge of licensing and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards. - Partner with Marketing to support campaigns, community events, educational presentations, and promotional initiatives. - Support patient transfer rates and continuity of care. - Partner with Development to support alumni programming, recruitment and retention. - Serve on internal committees as needed. - Attend Gateway mandatory trainings and departmental meetings. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Demonstrated ability to build professional relationships and develop new business opportunities. - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management abilities. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across departments. - Knowledge base of ASAM and other placement criteria preferred. - Knowledge base of DDAP, CARF, and other auditing bodies preferred. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Social Work, or a related field required. - Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in business development, healthcare outreach, referral development, admissions, marketing, or relationship management. - Experience within behavioral health, substance use treatment, healthcare, or human services preferred.
