• Assists team with Performance of Work (Home Improvement/Electrical Contractor) license portfolio. • Works directly with relevant state and local authorities to maintain required licenses. • Works closely with the business operations department to ensure field team is properly licensed including annual renewals and maintenance. • Applies for and maintains local business licenses. • Performs any other necessary duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree OR minimum of 4 years of Licensing experience
- Experience using Salesforce, Adobe, Docusign
- 4+ years of progressive experience in licensing, compliance and related function within a corporation or law firm
- Familiarity with laws and rules governing state-level licenses, permits, and registrations
- Notary public (must obtain if not held already)

Qualifications - Formation supérieure en droit public, gestion des collectivités territoriales ou administration publique. - Connaissance du statut de la fonction publique territoriale, des finances publiques locales et des marchés publics. - Expérience confirmée sur un poste de direction générale ou de direction de services, idéalement en commune ou en intercommunalité de taille comparable. - Maîtrise des outils bureautiques et des logiciels métiers (comptabilité publique, actes administratifs). Title: Treatment Liaison - REMOTE Location: Pittsburgh, PA Job Description: Full-time Gateway Rehab Center (GRC) is seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Full-time Treatment Liaison to serve as a key ambassador for the organization. This position is responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong referral relationships, expanding community partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer service to referral sources, patients, and other stakeholders. The Treatment Liaison drives business development efforts, increases referral volume, identifies growth opportunities to support a strong payer mix, and helps ensure a seamless experience throughout the referral and admissions process. To be considered for the position, you must live within the Pittsburgh, PA area or surrounding counties and be able to travel throughout the region as needed.
