Role Description Du treibst die Weiterentwicklung unserer Craftivo-App maßgeblich voran – neue Features, Verbesserungen und die Behebung von Fehlern. - Du arbeitest fast ausschließlich mit KI-Agenten und LLM-basierten Tools und nutzt sie, um schneller, sauberer und effizienter zu entwickeln. - Du entwickelst durchdachte Prompts und Workflows, mit denen sich KI-Agenten zuverlässig für Coding, Refactoring, Testing und Debugging einsetzen lassen. - Du überprüfst, testest und verantwortest den von KI generierten Code, damit unsere Codequalität hoch bleibt. - Du bringst deine Ideen aktiv ein und gestaltest Produkt, Architektur und technische Entscheidungen mit. - Du behältst Performance, Wartbarkeit und Nutzerfreundlichkeit unserer App im Blick. Qualifications - Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich mit 3–5 Jahren Berufserfahrung, ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Informatik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation. - Fundierte Erfahrung in der modernen Webentwicklung (Frontend und/oder Backend). - Nachweisbare Erfahrung im produktiven Einsatz von KI-Agenten und LLM-Tools in der Softwareentwicklung – das ist für diese Rolle zentral. - Sicheres Gespür dafür, KI-generierten Code kritisch zu bewerten, zu testen und zu verbessern. - Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise – wichtig für die Arbeit im Remote-Team. - Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (unsere Team- und Unternehmenssprache ist Deutsch). • Design, develop and maintain frontend applications (JavaScript, React, TypeScript) alongside backend services (Golang, AWS) • Build and optimize beautifully rendered, web-based components that push performance limits across XR Headsets • Lead large, complex projects across teams, defining scope, planning execution, and delivering milestones on time • Collaborate with architects, UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into product features • Help shape system design and architecture across cloud and web environments, improving scalability, performance and feel across immersive and 2D environments • Lead technical discussions, align outcomes with business goals, and document solutions for clarity and adoption • Stay ahead of emerging trends to anticipate and address future development needs

• Own the CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across the marketing site, landing pages, and signup/onboarding funnels • Form hypotheses from analytics, session data, and user research; prioritize tests by expected impact and effort • Design, build, QA, and launch A/B and multivariate tests; ensure results are statistically sound • Partner with design, engineering, and copy to spec and ship high-quality variants quickly • Analyze results, document learnings, and turn wins into durable improvements across the funnel • Instrument funnel analytics and tracking so conversion impact is measurable end-to-end • Align on-site conversion with paid and lifecycle traffic in partnership with performance and lifecycle marketing • Raise experimentation velocity and rigor as the program scales
