Role Description We are looking for a strong Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our cash loans and credit lines portfolio for the Near Prime segment. You will be fully responsible for building and scaling these products, owning their P&L, and delivering a seamless customer experience across every touchpoint. This is a role for someone who can balance customer desirability, technological feasibility, and business profitability — turning constraints into competitive advantages. The role is mostly remote, with business trips when required. Key Responsibilities - Define product strategy and roadmap for Cash Loans and Credit Lines tailored to Near Prime customers, based on market analysis and competitive monitoring. - Design compelling value propositions that balance customer attractiveness with tech feasibility, regulatory constraints, and financial efficiency. - Own full product P&L and key performance metrics: time-to-yes, time-to-cash, activation and usage rates, balance per customer, profitability, vintage risk quality, and attrition. Initiate data-driven changes to meet target KPIs. - Architect end-to-end customer journeys, covering legal, financial, and technology layers to ensure seamless onboarding and lifecycle management — from acquisition and activation to active usage and retention. - Develop partnership integration concepts with online/offline retailers and other channels to drive customer acquisition. - Continuously analyze and improve unit economics (UE) for each product, increase customer segment LTV, and boost overall portfolio efficiency. - Build and manage end-to-end product management processes for the Cash Loans and Credit Lines stream. Define a success matrix for new products and initiatives. - Collaborate cross-functionally with risk, marketing, IT, finance, and legal teams (both locally and with headquarters). Collect and incorporate feedback from all stakeholders. - Drive continuous improvement of customer experience (CJM) through product and process optimization. Ensure new features and products meet cost, quality, and performance targets. Qualifications - Solid experience in consumer lending (Cash Loans, Credit Lines, Credit Cards, PDL, or other unsecured credit) on the business or risk management side — mandatory. - Deep understanding of adjacent functions: risk management, marketing, and IT. - Strong upper-intermediate English (both spoken and written) — required for regular communication with international teams and HQ. - Powerful analytical skills, out-of-the-box thinking, and flexibility. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment. - Openness to new ideas, genuine desire to learn, advanced communication and soft skills. Benefits - Remote work format, with office/on-site options when needed. - Official employment under local labor law; contractor arrangements available for candidates from other countries. - Opportunity to shape a strategically important product line in an international fintech environment. - Data-driven culture where your decisions directly impact business growth and customer outcomes. - Autonomy to build processes from scratch and drive meaningful innovations in the Near Prime lending space.
