Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in an applicable role within the beverage/CPG industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Comfort with AI concepts, machine learning models, and workflow orchestration tools. Familiarity with ERP/WMS/TMS systems and data pipelines (SQL/Python) is a significant plus.

- Strong analytical skills with advanced MS Excel skills is a must (Macro, Access Data Base)
- Experience with NetSuite systems or any other ERP system strongly preferred.
- Exceptional analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and the ability to clearly communicate complex operational strategies to executive leadership.

Role Description Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager, Cost Out. This is a remote work opportunity available within the US/PR. Candidates can be based from a home office and/or within an approved Eaton Mobility location. The Supply Chain Project Manager, Cost Out will be responsible for projects and initiatives such as: - Cost out - Resiliency - Continuity - Localization projects within Mobility Group North America The Project Manager will act as the primary conduit between the business unit(s) it supports and the SCM organization within Mobility Group.
