Role Description As the QUASEP Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new sales and expanding the QUASEP program across the province of Saskatchewan. Your primary focus will be on identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities within QUASEP's core market segments in hospitality including restaurants, hotels, caterers, and sport and leisure facilities. You will build a strong sales pipeline, develop strategic relationships with prospective members, and convert opportunities into new business to drive sustainable growth across the province. Job Responsibilities - Grow the QUASEP business by: - Identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities within target market segments. - Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, and lead generation. - Developing trusted relationships with prospective clients to convert opportunities into new QUASEP members. - Achieving and exceeding new business sales targets while expanding QUASEP's presence across Saskatchewan. - This position requires creativity, a service mindset and sales drive to effectively prospect and develop the commercial and non-commercial foodservice targets for the QUASEP program. - You rely on your superior communication skills to understand customer and client needs, industry operating parameters and provide innovative solutions to meet those needs. - In an organized and systematic manner, identify and qualify potential opportunities to develop a strategy for market penetration and growth. - Working closely with the Regional Director and the support teams, you will: - Lead the sales process including business analysis, solution design, proposal and presentation stages through to a signed contract and successful opening. - Assist in annual budget preparation and strategic planning exercises. - Build an industry profile by participating in corporate and industry functions and events to enhance QUASEP’s presence in the industry and build client relationships and networks. - Retain current accounts and grow purchasing volume through approved suppliers. - Develop and maintain appropriate supplier contacts regarding new products, services, and client opportunities. - Contribute to QUASEP’s overall market and communication strategy by sustaining/updating accurate market information and by participating in the design/enhancement of business tools and selling material. - At QUASEP, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers. Qualifications - Familiarity with the Saskatchewan region and its hospitality/foodservice. - Proven experience in sales and account management within hospitality sectors (restaurants, hotels, catering services, or leisure facilities). - College or University graduate in Foodservice Management, Administration or Marketing is an asset. - Minimum of 5 years' experience in Foodservice operation management or in B2B Selling functions, preferably with a foodservice or support service offering. - Knowledge of hospitality and foodservice market players and logistics a definite asset. - Strong communication skills (oral and written). - Strong analytical and time management skills. - Excellent computer skills, including MS Office Suite specifically Excel and PowerPoint. - Experience using Salesforce or a comparable customer relationship management (CRM) platform is considered an asset. - Ability to succeed in a home-office environment. Benefits - The pay range for this position is $85,000.00 - $95,000.00.

About the role The SVP of Engineering is the senior technical leader for Riot Data Centers’ Engineering organization, providing disciplined oversight across all core engineering disciplines: mechanical, electrical, and controls. Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Field Applications Engineering (FAE) with a background in Embedded Processing products to lead a high‑performance team supporting strategic customers in the northeast US and eastern Canada region. This is a player–coach position: you will balance hands‑on technical ownership of key programs with strategic leadership of a growing team. You will drive customer success with Renesas’ embedded processing portfolio while developing and mentoring a team of embedded processing and analog & power FAEs.
