Junior Revenue Operations Analyst

Role Description We are looking for a Junior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Operations Team. As a junior analyst, you'll support core reporting, data hygiene, and day-to-day operational maintenance that keeps our revenue engine running smoothly. You'll work closely with the Revenue Operations team and cross-functional partners in Success, Product, and Finance to keep our systems and data accurate and up to date. - Maintain and update existing dashboards and reports to track key operational metrics - Perform routine data quality checks and clean up records across CRM and related systems - Assist in analyzing customer and product usage data under the guidance of senior team members - Support the team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks (e.g. territory updates, list maintenance, basic troubleshooting) - Help document processes and workflows to support team scalability - Respond to ad hoc data requests from stakeholders in a timely manner - Escalate issues or trends to senior analysts and flag opportunities for improvement Qualifications - 1-2 years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, Analytics, or a related field - Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to SQL or data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, or similar) is a plus - Strong attention to detail and comfort working with structured data - Eager to learn, with a proactive and coachable attitude - Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team - Interest in growing a career in Revenue Operations or related analytics fields Benefits - Permanent remote work flexibility - Paid Time Off - Health Maintenance Organization (HMO) coverage - Annual performance bonuses - Dedicated coaches offer an extra channel of support and skill-building - Opportunities for professional growth
