Qualifications - Passion for luxury travel and a genuine interest in Caribbean and Mexico destinations. - Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or a client-facing role is preferred but not required. - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. - Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, queue-based environment. - Coachable mindset with a willingness to continuously learn and improve. - Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer service. What You'll Learn - Caribbean and Mexico luxury hotels, destinations, seasonality, and product positioning. - B2B luxury travel sales and the Fora advisor ecosystem. - The complete booking lifecycle—from inquiry to post-booking servicing. - CRM best practices and professional pipeline management. - Luxury client consultation and destination matching. - UJV's standards for service excellence, quality control, and luxury travel execution. Who You Are - You're ambitious and excited to grow your career in luxury travel. - You enjoy building relationships and naturally earn people's trust through your communication and responsiveness. - You love learning, embrace feedback, and continuously look for ways to improve. - You understand that attention to detail isn't just important—it's essential when creating exceptional travel experiences. - You're energized by a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities with confidence, and take pride in delivering outstanding service. - Most importantly, you genuinely love travel and are excited to become an expert in the destinations and experiences UJV offers. Why You'll Love This Role This is more than an entry-level position—it's the foundation for a long-term career in luxury travel sales. You'll receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced travel professionals, and develop the expertise needed to build lasting relationships with luxury travel advisors. Your success is based on the reputation you build, the knowledge you develop, and the exceptional experiences you help create for travelers around the world. If you're passionate about travel, motivated to learn, and ready to grow within a high-performance team, we'd love to meet you. LatAm-based candidates are welcome to apply.
