Role Description We are seeking a Senior GoLang(Go) Software Developer with a strong background in enterprise scale software development. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience working in large enterprise environments and demonstrate deep technical expertise across multiple programming languages and modern cloud native architecture. - Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions using Golang (Go), Python, Java, C, and C++. - Build and deploy serverless applications on AWS Cloud, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Implement static analysis tools to identify code issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Optimize and refactor existing codebases for performance, scalability, and maintainability. - Take ownership of applications and ensure software is stable and handles load, before moving up to higher environments. - Develop and maintain robust database solutions using both SQL and NoSQL technologies. - Write unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability and perform well under load. - Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and agile ceremonies. - Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation. Qualifications - Must demonstrate 10+ years of hands-on experience programming in Golang (Go) and familiarity with Go standard libraries. - Experience in designing and building highly scalable and resilient services capable of handling sudden spikes in traffic and workload. - Solid understanding of caching strategies (xfetch). - Strong understanding of load management techniques including backpressure, bounded concurrency, rate limiting, connection pooling, stampede prevention. - 15+ years of working experience as a Software Developer in a Large Enterprise Environment. - Solid software design fundamentals such as static analysis, abstraction, encapsulation. - Experience in developing multi-threaded applications. - Experience in developing caching services for relational databases. - Strong programming skills in Go, Java, C, and C++. - Hands-on experience with API and Serverless development and testing, including load testing. - Solid understanding of database systems, including both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB). - Understanding of database transactions in a multithreaded application. - Solid understanding of AWS Cloud, including API Gateway, AWS Lambda, AWS ElastiCache, AWS Batch, SQS, SNS, IAM, CloudFormation, bash. - Experience with version control systems, Git and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Requirements - AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer – Associate). - Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes). - Familiarity with DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
