**JOB SUMMARY** The Quality Analyst is responsible for managing the various aspects of the medical file review process. They will review the completed referral to ensure client questions have been addressed appropriately and review the completed report for accuracy. It is the responsibility for all of us to maintain a positive working environment that promotes client satisfaction and results. **MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES** * Quality Audits* - Reviews reports accompanying medical records to ensure that the report is complete and that all questions posed by the client have been addressed. - Follows up with the reviewer with any additional questions or clarifications needs. - Follows up with the client should there be any additional questions. - Updates clients frequently on referral progress. - Ensures the report is grammatically correct with no spelling errors. - Ensures each referral adheres to the QA checklist prior to the completion. - Formats reports for approval. * Communication* - Communicates clearly and concisely between the customer, reviewer, and Operations team - Must confidently speak with physicians and clients regarding the content of their peer reviews. Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs. ****

• Perform system build, configuration, and optimization within the Epic Grand Central (ADT) module. • Collaborate with operational stakeholders, registrars, and clinical staff to translate business requirements into efficient Epic system designs. • Conduct unit testing, integrated system testing, and regression testing for Epic upgrades, double-upgrades, or custom build implementations. • Provide tier-2/tier-3 application support, resolving complex tickets, build errors, and interface issues (e.g., HL7 ADT feeds). • Partner closely with analysts across related modules—specifically **Prelude (Registration)**, Cadence (Scheduling), Resolute Hospital Billing (HB), and ClinDoc—to ensure seamless data integration and patient flow. • Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation of build specs, system designs, testing scripts, and operational workflows.

• Create innovative, thought provoking, and highly leveraged “must-have insights” content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership and offer compelling, actionable approaches to client's needs and requests that accelerate the client's ability to act • Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s barriers or overall needs and reframe thinking to drive strategy forward • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing Insights positions across a team of analysts • Bring provocative, independent insights to Gartner leaders that can evolve the course of a research agenda • Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts to provide clients and vendors with actionable insights • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice aligned to their designated content area via virtual or face-to-face interactions • Create and deliver high value presentation materials on and off stage for Gartner events, industry and professional association conferences, and client briefings • Support BTI and Sales: Provide sales support serving as voice of the market to help Insights teams create content and to drive engagement with clients to make progress against their critical priorities to grow their business • Provide high quality and timely content peer review • Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner insights, methodology and strategy • Actively participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the Insights community • Identify research process improvements or develop new processes that help the team and BTI provide excellent service delivery • Be client-centric while actively seeking to help clients engage regularly and often with Gartner insights and interactions

• Processes and analyzes employee information by using Human Resources Information Systems (Workday). • Designs, implements, and analyzes reports to determine the overall trends of the organization in at least two functional areas. • Ensures systems integration and upgrades by collaborating and communicating with other colleagues and business SMEs. • Significantly contributes to complex aspects of projects. • Ensures the integrity of HR data and accurate/optimal use of the HRIS system (Workday) ensuring all deliverables are achieved in a timely/accurate manner. • Leads issues resolution and response coordination during unplanned adverse events involving technology and process. • Leads projects in related functional areas of Workday by preparing project plans, gaining SME support and providing market-based configuration recommendations. • Ensures changes to systems are developed, configured and tested in non-production environments before being deployed in the live environments. • Ensures all changes and enhancements are well documented utilizing best practices to ensure version control and standard naming conventions strategies are employed.
