Role Description Collins Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Procure-to-Pay process for indirect materials, ensuring timely and efficient purchasing activities that support operational requirements and Supply Chain objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to drive cost-effective procurement solutions, maintain compliance with company policies, and contribute to continuous process improvements. What You Will Do: - Define and execute negotiation terms for the procurement of goods, services, and supplies. - Implement and drive Supply Chain strategies and sourcing initiatives to meet company goals. - Set sourcing goals and ensure suppliers meet acceptable service levels and performance standards. - Negotiate and administer contracts with suppliers, vendors, and other partners. - Conduct financial analysis by evaluating price proposals, financial reports, and relevant data to ensure competitive pricing. - Evaluate suppliers' capabilities, quality, reliability, and competitiveness to ensure alignment with company standards. - Research and identify potential suppliers to meet company requirements for price, quality, timing, and reliability. Qualifications - Typically requires a University Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or an Advanced Degree in a related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience. - Minimum 3 years of experience with SAP procurement software or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems in a supply chain or procurement environment, including: Oracle, Epicor, People Soft, APEX or PRISM. - Minimum 3 years of experience with supplier management including pricing, scheduling, definition of terms & conditions, price analysis and source selection. - Advanced English proficiency. Requirements - Ability to communicate fluently and professionally in both written and spoken English. - Familiarity with contractual terms and conditions, with experience drafting and reviewing supplier agreements. - Skilled at engaging senior management, cross-functional teams, and program leaders on key business matters. • Develop Category Strategy plans following 7 step strategic sourcing methodology and use appropriate support tools to drive results and deliver savings • Ensuring all procurement services are met for the assigned Ashland business units, plants, labs, and / or facilities • Negotiate, implement, and manage strategic contracts to ensure optimum cost and reliable supply • Identify and lead opportunities for cost savings, better efficiency, and other areas of improvement; recommend and/or implement policy or process changes, as appropriate • Develop and deploy supply risk assessment and mitigation programs to ensure business continuity • Manage the full vendor lifecycle, including supplier identification, due diligence, qualification trials,, contracting and operational and performance reviews, including resolving operational issues related to supply challenges • Facilitating RFP / RFQ / RFI and preparing Coupa sourcing / bidding events according to engineering specifications and / or business requirements • Conducting bid analysis with a cross functional team and awarding based on internal team consensus • Lead cross-functional global teams • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers driving optimized value through strategic relationship management program • Representing as Corporate Agent: Ensuring Regulatory Compliance and Corporate Policies are enforced • Ensuring strict compliance to Ashland’s Zero Incident Culture and Responsible Care Guidelines

• Develop a strategic plan for a commodity and supply base. • Collaborate with multiple business units to execute Supply Chain strategies. • Own and be responsible for collaborating with multiple strategic suppliers. • Evaluate and select supplier alignments based on price competitiveness, capability, quality, reliability (TCO). • Analyze data and information to determine reasonable prices. • Negotiate and execute long term agreements with supply base that aligns with commodity strategy and internal stakeholders needs. • Lead sourcing process from RFQ to contract signature. • Work with limited oversight from leadership. • Manage several projects at one time with a variety of complexity. • Clearly communicate commodity or project status to leadership. • Identify and pursue VA/VE opportunities through collaboration with internal stakeholders. • Lead change management or work transfer projects for cost savings or better alignment with supply base. • Influence and support Collins strategic initiatives and change management projects.

• Responsible for providing sourcing and procurement services to clients. • Manages the entire sourcing and procurement cycle from sourcing and purchasing to settlement. • Sources for diverse and competitive sources of raw materials, utilities and other services. • Ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at minimum acceptable levels. • Monitors inventory requests, production schedules and purchase requisitions to coordinate purchasing activities for current/anticipated demand of materials and services. • Collects suppliers’ quotations and examines bids. • Identifies and selects suppliers that meet the organization’s standards of price, quality and delivery. • Negotiates terms, and manages supplier relationships. • Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures.
