Role Description As a Technical Recruiter at KnowledgeCity, you will own the full-cycle recruitment process for all technical positions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to attract, assess, and hire top-tier technical talent that aligns with our culture and mission. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end recruitment for all technical roles, from job briefing to offer acceptance - Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other technical communities - Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' technical background, experience, and cultural fit - Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future needs - Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions - Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process - Track and report on key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, source of hire, pipeline conversion, etc.) - Stay up to date on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability in the tech space - Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top technical talent Qualifications - 2–5 years of experience in technical recruiting at a staffing/search firm - Proven track record of successfully hiring for technical roles (Software Engineering, QA, DevOps, Data, etc.) - Strong understanding of technical concepts, programming languages, and the software development lifecycle - Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, BambooHR) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously - Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and reporting recruitment KPIs - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Benefits - Competitive salary and benefits package - Flexible/remote work environment - Access to KnowledgeCity's full library of online courses for continuous learning - A collaborative, mission-driven team culture - Opportunities for career growth and development

What You'll Do: - Full-Cycle Recruitment | Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from job requisition to offer acceptance, with a primary focus on Senior and Staff+ roles across Engineering. - Talent Sourcing | Build deeply targeted sourcing strategies and market maps to identify and engage high caliber, often passive technical talent. Strong command of LinkedIn Recruiter, AI talent platforms, and Boolean search techniques. - Stakeholder Management & Team Collaboration | Partner closely with our Engineering leadership and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of each role and how it fits into the organization.
