Territory Sales Representative – Southwest

• Drive sales growth with our Dealers, Distributors, and Direct customer relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients from initial contact through purchasing, installation, completion and follow-up with service after the sale. • Plan sales strategies to increase sales • Create new business and develop existing business in the territory (with distributors, contractors, architects, designers and end users) • Ensure dealers and distribution partners achieve their full potential and have access to appropriate support • Promote the products to the local installers, contractors, dealers and distributors • Use project tracking analysis tools & CRM systems • Represent FieldTurf Landscape at National and Regional Trade Shows • Forecast sales and manage territory budget • Conduct market research and analysis related to client needs • Develop and present new sales techniques and strategies to the team to drive revenue growth. • Travel, when necessary, by several modes of transportation. Overnight travel (Average 50%) by land and/or air.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience; preference in landscaping, manufacturing/ construction sales
- Experience in project tracking analysis tools & and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (required).
- Proficiency in Spanish is an asset
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent from a four year college or technical school, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
