Account Executive

Cohesity

• Execute a territory plan focused on net‑new logo acquisition and account growth • Build, manage, and progress a qualified sales pipeline • Identify key stakeholders, build relationships, and engage with senior decision‑makers • Support and lead customer engagements through discovery, evaluation, proposal development, and solution alignment • Develop and deliver clear, value‑based proposals • Collaborate closely with channel partners and technology alliances • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience selling into and partnering with Information Security / Cybersecurity teams
  • A customer‑focused mindset and strong interest in cybersecurity and data protection
  • Proven experience selling enterprise technology solutions, ideally within infrastructure, SaaS, or adjacent markets
  • Foundational understanding of data security and backup technologies
  • Familiarity with Cohesity solutions (DataProtect, DataHawk, SmartFiles) is a plus
  • Exposure to platforms such as NetBackup, Backup Exec, or InfoScale is helpful but not required
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Professional English language proficiency for customer and internal communication
  • Willingness to travel as required
