• Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products • Manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy • Oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently • Work closely with colleagues across Capital One including: IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 5 years of Product Management experience
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
  • A Master's Degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Financial Services, Banking, or FinTech sectors (preferred)
  • 1+ years of experience in Management Consulting (preferred)
  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management in Data Management or Data Protection (preferred)
  • Solid people leadership experience
  • Strong executive communication skills
