Role Description We're looking for a Growth Product Manager to lead strategy and execution for Ritual's Growth Squad, a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and marketers focused on customer acquisition. You will own the full path from ad to landing page to checkout, treating it as a single connected product rather than separate handoffs across teams. This is a rare opportunity to build a product-led growth discipline at Ritual from the ground up, with direct ownership of how performance marketing investment turns into measurable business results. You'll work closely with Performance Marketing across channels like Meta, Google, and Affiliate, alongside Engineering and Design, to connect campaign performance to product and checkout decisions that drive real outcomes: conversion rate, initial order value, and acquisition efficiency. What you'll do - Own the product strategy connecting acquisition and conversion. - Define how digital product decisions, landing pages, and checkout flows work together to convert traffic into customers. - Operationalize Ritual's Growth Squad as its product manager. - Turn acquisition and conversion targets set by Growth leadership into a clear, prioritized testing roadmap. - Manage the day-to-day execution of a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and marketers. - Build a velocity advantage through Shopify and AI. - Work directly in Shopify to scope, launch, and validate experiments. - Shape Ritual's growth tooling by staying fluent in the broader Shopify app ecosystem. - Partner with Performance Marketing, Engineering, and Design to translate performance data into product and experience changes. - Own acquisition efficiency as a business result. - Run the roadmap like a program, not a backlog. Who you are - Structured Thinker: You bring clarity to a funnel that spans ads, landing pages, and checkout. - Outcome Owner: You take full responsibility for the funnel's results. - Empowered Collaborator: You co-create with Performance Marketing and Engineering. - Experimental Mindset: You treat testing speed as a real competitive advantage. - Purpose Aligner: You connect optimization work to helping women find products that genuinely fit their lives. - Rigorous Operationalist: You pair strong project management and organizational skills with excellent communication. What you'll need - 3-5 years of product management experience, including direct ownership of a conversion-focused funnel or growth function at a direct-to-consumer brand. - Deep, hands-on fluency in Shopify and its broader app and tooling ecosystem. - A demonstrated track record of running high-velocity testing programs. - Working knowledge of how paid digital advertising connects to landing page and checkout performance. - Practical, hands-on use of AI tools to speed up test scoping, analysis, or execution. - A track record of earning trust across design, engineering, and performance marketing teams. Compensation Pay Range: $131,750 - $165,000. Your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. The salary range represents the entire compensation range for this position. Exact compensation will depend on a number of factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, level, years of experience, technical expertise, and other qualifications.
