Role Description This is a remote position. Superlanet is seeking a Project Manager – Epic Readiness & Planning to support our healthcare client on the East Coast. This is a 6-month contract with a strong possibility of extension. This is a fully remote opportunity working 40 hours per week, with an immediate start. The Project Manager will support the Program Director in coordinating planning activities for a large-scale Epic implementation. This individual will help keep the project organized by tracking deliverables, managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring planning milestones remain on schedule. - Support Epic readiness and implementation planning activities across multiple organizations. - Coordinate Epic workbook completion and track outstanding deliverables. - Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and action items. - Track workflow documentation, staffing plans, cost estimates, and third-party vendor dependencies. - Monitor project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies while escalating concerns as needed. - Coordinate meetings, status updates, and project documentation. - Organize implementation planning materials and cost model documentation for leadership review. - Partner with clinical, operational, technical, and vendor teams to ensure planning activities stay on schedule. Qualifications - Around 5 years of healthcare IT project management experience. - Experience supporting Epic implementations or large healthcare technology initiatives. - Strong organizational and project coordination skills. - Experience managing detailed project plans, timelines, and executive reporting. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools. Requirements - Preferred Epic implementation experience. - PMP Certification. - Experience supporting enterprise healthcare transformation initiatives. Benefits - Hourly Pay: $70.00–$90.00/hour, based on experience, qualifications, and employment arrangement (W-2 or 1099).
