Role Description A US-based fractional consulting firm operating across the consumer packaged goods space is looking for an Operations & Project Management Associate to turn the follow-ups from back-to-back client calls into clean, owned, deadline-bound work. The firm is a lean, three-person professional services team whose founding partners embed deeply with their clients and spend most of every day on live calls. The culture prioritizes trust, ownership, and long-term client relationships over process, and the team runs almost entirely on modern productivity and AI tools. Day-to-day, this role owns project management out of client meetings: - Capturing 15–30 action items per call - Routing them and driving them to completion in Asana - Recurring admin tasks - End-to-end internal billing and payment tracking - Lower-complexity client-facing writing in the partner's voice Success means the partners recover their evenings and weekends, with the lead partner's working hours measurably down. • Independently lead clinical projects in accordance with the study budget and scope of work. • Serve as the primary point-of-contact liaison with the client to provide excellent customer service. • Liaise with Project Team and senior management of both Precision and sponsors, including C level. • Handle and lead all aspects of a clinical research trial or trials. • Total project management for all functional areas including data management, safety, clinical, medical monitoring and biostatistics, etc. • Prepare project status updates for clients and management; identifying key deliverables and performance metrics of success and escalation. • Serve as an active member of the Project Team with the goal to contribute towards efficient management and execution of trials. • Prepare and reviews protocols and other study documentation such as project plans, inform consents, site contracts and budgets.

• The Project Manager, Clinical Strategy supports improving access to trusted, affordable and personalized behavioral health care through the CMO team by driving execution of clinical and enterprise strategic initiatives. • This role translates priorities into structured plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes. • This role partners closely with clinical operations, clinical leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, aligned with strategic goals, and implemented effectively. • Success in this role requires strong project management skills, an understanding of behavioral health care operations, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple disciplines. • This position is a key support to driving the mission of LifeStance.

• Own, develop, maintain, and continuously improve end-to-end Clinical Site Payments processes across the global portfolio • Create and maintain standardized workflows, process documentation, checklists, training materials, FAQs, and job aids • Lead department training strategy, including onboarding, refresher training, process training, systems training, and role-based training • Serve as accountable owner for configuring clinical sites in the vendor payment platform • Own the Clinical Site Payments metrics framework, reporting cadence, KPI definitions, data governance expectations, and executive reporting outputs • Partner with Clinical Site Contracts, Clinical Site Budget Planning and Strategy, Global Clinical Operations, Finance, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Compliance, Quality, Internal Audit, and payment vendors
