Executive Communications Manager

PAR Technology

• Build monthly content themes tied to company priorities, product moments, and market narrative • Lead social and content strategy for PAR’s executives across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms • Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts, POV pieces, event commentary, intro content, and reactive posts that authentically reflect each executive’s voice • Mine internal meetings, interviews, earnings calls, and briefings for content opportunities • Manage a lightweight exec content calendar with a consistent publishing cadence • Coordinate review and approval workflows with each executive, their chief of staff, or admin • Repurpose PR moments, events, product launches, earnings, and speaking appearances into executive content • Partner with PR Manager on bylines, press release quotes, and thought leadership angles • Own and manage PAR’s corporate social channels — primarily LinkedIn, with presence on X, Facebook and Instagram • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business priorities, audience segments, and brand voice • Build and maintain a monthly content calendar that integrates executive content, product news, culture, and customer stories • Track and report on channel performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) and optimize accordingly • Coordinate with demand gen, product marketing, and PR to ensure social reflects key moments and campaigns • Manage community engagement — responding to comments, mentions, and brand interactions in a timely, on-brand way

Job Requirements

  • 5–8 years in corporate communications, executive communications, or content/social strategy — ideally in a B2B or public company environment
  • Proven ghostwriting chops; you can write in someone else’s voice and make it feel natural
  • Strong editorial instincts — you know what earns attention on LinkedIn and what gets ignored
  • Experience managing executive relationships with professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics — product, financials, strategy — into clear, human narratives
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple executives, channels, and deadlines independently
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with PR, marketing, and executives
  • Background in SaaS, fintech, or restaurant/hospitality tech is a plus, but not required
  • Experience supporting a public company or working through earnings cycles is a plus, but not required
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn analytics and organic growth levers is a plus, but not required
  • Light design skills (Canva is sufficient) is a plus, but not required
