Role Description Due to tremendous growth, we are seeking an Industrial Sales Manager to join the RONDO North America team. - The ISM is responsible for driving North America sales of industry solutions manufactured by RONDO’s Italy Industrial Business Unit (ROS). - Develop opportunities with new and existing customers and manage those accounts, including preparing quotes and determining pricing strategy to win orders. - Use SAP C4C CRM to manage and communicate on opportunities and clients. - Collect and maintain market and competitor information and transfer this information to RONDO Product Management. - Participate in decisions regarding the development of new equipment and technical solutions. - Represent RONDO at exhibitions and conferences; network to promote the RONDO brand and industrial solutions to commercial and industrial bakeries. - Call on existing and new clients to create and develop a substantial market share; build relationships at different customer levels and buying influences (i.e., economic, technical, user). - Contribute to print and digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
