Associate/Senior Associate

Evergreen Strategy Group

• Develop new litigation ideas and support the day-to-day in ongoing litigation • Help to develop legal strategies that advance clients’ policy objectives • Draft legal content such as regulatory comments, legal fact sheets, legal memorandum, and issue briefs • Closely follow legal and policy developments, political news, and industry trends • Coordinate with clients as needed and help cultivate relationships with external partners

Job Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active bar membership required
  • Membership in the D.C. bar, or ability to become a member, required
  • Minimum of two years of legal experience
  • Federal clerkship preferred but not required
  • Litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Understanding of constitutional law and administrative law preferred but not required
  • Exceptional legal research, writing, and editing skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think creatively to address complex issues
