Attorney/Sales Director

• Create territory-specific business plan to increase engagement and meet expected goals with Themis and UWorld brands and products • In conjunction with Supervisor, set strategy, goals and benchmarks for all bar review engagement & sales activities to execute yearly plan • Establish and maintain direct relationships with assigned law schools (particularly influencers and faculty/administrators involved with bar review and academic success), students and student groups • Regularly scheduled in-person visits, phone calls, workshops, webinars, emails and other written communications to and within assigned law schools • Recruit, train, support, and motivate teams of student campus representatives • Marketing and promotion of Company products & services to all law schools (particularly influencers and faculty/administrators involved with bar review and academic success), students and student groups, and other related organizations • Provide direct support and mentoring to student users of the bar review program • Demonstrate exceptional service to schools and students while working collaboratively with colleagues to meet individual and team goals • Maintains contact management system (CMS) records, including updated contact information, event tracking and campaign participation • Maintains knowledge of Company products and services and how they can be utilized for multiple purposes and audiences

- Background Experience:***
- JD Required
- Bar licensure; UBE license preferred
- Some previous legal education and/or sales experience preferred

• The Legal Quality Analyst is responsible for managing the various aspects of the medical file review process. • They will review the completed referral to ensure client questions have been addressed appropriately and review the completed report for accuracy. • Ensuring client and department standards have been met. • Quality Audits: Reviews reports accompanying medical records to ensure that the report is complete and that all questions posed by the client have been addressed. • Follows up with the reviewer with any additional questions or clarifications needs. • Follows up with the client should there be any additional questions. • Updates clients frequently on referral progress. • Ensures the report is grammatically correct with no spelling errors. • Ensures each referral adheres to the QA checklist prior to the completion. • Formats reports for approval. • Communication: Communicates clearly and concisely between the customer, reviewer, and Operations team. • Must confidently speak with physicians and clients regarding the content of their peer reviews. • Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.
