NEST Supplement Appraiser
Allstate
• Creating or auditing a comprehensive estimate of damages for 1st and 3rd party material damage claims • Training, mentoring, controlling quality, and providing technical assistance on material damage claims • Reviewing and writing supplemental and original estimates • Documenting claim activity • Resolving repair-related concerns • Maintaining compliance with company standards.

- Solid insurance claims background.

• Work in the field to assess vehicle damage and conduct on-site inspections • Accurately document losses and write repair estimates • Communicate clearly with customers and partners • Manage the full estimating process, including supplements and negotiations with repair facilities and other vendors
• Meet customers at their home, repair shop, or tow yard • Write estimates and guide customers through the repair or total loss process • Evaluate damage on-site or collaborate with body shops and service providers • Utilize technology for in-person visits, virtual inspections, and written communication • Ensure claims are documented accurately and in line with policy agreements
