Product Manager III
R1 RCM
• Define and communicate the product strategy for the Pricing Service expected reimbursement calculation engine, ensuring alignment with organizational goals • Prioritize and manage the product roadmap, identifying highest impact enhancements and projecting expected business value • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features • Lead the product development process, working closely with the development team to ensure timely and successful delivery • Monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation • Participate and lead the full software development life cycle from technical design to development, testing and deployment • Develop and deliver presentations to executive leadership on product status, risks, and opportunities • Review technical solutions and conduct demos with stakeholders • Understand, support, enforce, and comply with company policies, procedures, and Standards of Business Ethics and Conduct.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience, preferably in healthcare revenue cycle or related fields
- Advanced SQL Experience (complex queries, data transformations, etc.)
- Expert in data analysis, including pattern and anomaly detection
- Expert in data investigation and reconciliation, able to trace issues to specific upstream sources, business rules, or process steps
- Familiarity with healthcare revenue cycle data, including standards such as HL7 and X12
- Experience with Agile Scrum product development methodologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps, or related product management tools
- Proven ability to translate user enhancement requests into technical product requirements
- Proven ability to develop business cases that model and project ROI for a feature
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage a value-driven feature roadmap
- Demonstrated exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize among many requirements
- Experience with healthcare payer contract modeling and management a plus
