Kpler
• The Product Manager for the Authentication, Authorization & Identity (Auth) team owns Kpler’s identity strategy across all products, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable access for internal users and enterprise customers. • The role drives the roadmap for authentication, authorization, and user lifecycle management, including unifying identity systems and delivering enterprise capabilities such as SSO. • Working closely with Engineering and business teams, the Product Manager ensures high-quality, disruption-free delivery while supporting day-to-day operations and contributing to strategic initiatives such as product launches, pricing, and packaging. • The objective is to deliver a best-in-class identity experience that balances security, usability, reliability, and business growth.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of Product Management experience, ideally within platform, infrastructure, identity, or SaaS environments.
- Proven ability to deliver complex, technology-driven products in collaboration with engineering teams, with demonstrated technical aptitude.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, including authentication, authorization, user lifecycle management, and related business processes.
- Experience translating business processes into clear, scalable product requirements and a realistic yet ambitious roadmap.
- Familiarity with SSO and identity standards (SAML, OIDC, OAuth2) and data protection principles (e.g., GDPR).
- Solid grasp of platform architecture fundamentals, API-based integrations, and system design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Customer-focused mindset, balancing usability, security, scalability, and operational needs.
