Senior Benefits Administration Services Analyst

Conduent

• Executing established client-defined benefits processes with minimum direction and oversight from Sr. Leadership. • Researching and responding to client and participant escalated issues. (Such as eligibility, data, service delivery, etc.) • Triaging intermediate system issues to confirm adherence to requirements. • Performing peer review on work completed by other team members. • Interfacing with external client contacts to scope change work. • Review and maintain Business Requirements, Administrative Guides and Process documents, making updates and obtaining client signoffs as needed. • Identifying system and processing enhancements to improve process efficiency. • Mentoring and coaching junior team members. • Performing other duties as assigned and complying with all policies and standards. • Leading change work for the entire project life cycle from Discovery through Go-Live, including project management. • Acting as Subject Matter Expert for client rules & expectations. • Act as steward for Conduent Data Requirements in partnership with Data Management team.

Job Requirements

  • Advanced Excel skills are required.
  • Have formal education and 4 plus years of relevant expertise in Defined Benefits.
  • Have the ability to complete work with minimal supervision.
  • Project Management skills
  • 3 years of SQL query execution & development
  • Familiarity with project life cycle and project management
