• Deliver the Unparalleled Customer Experience and build relationships through customer interactions to resolve issues • Provide service and support to our customers through multiple contact portals • Review all processes and procedures critically to determine efficiency and recommend changes as needed • Maintain a high level of knowledge/awareness in current business objectives • Act as subject matter expert and point of contact for Mainstream call center agents, branch representatives, and internal Business Partners • Provide proactive communication with clients and internal business partners regarding all components of client experience • Research escalated issues and resolve or refer resolution to appropriate teams • Deliver exceptional customer service to customers and clients when identifying and resolving needs • Assist our customers over the phone regarding commercial issues • Review daily and weekly reports
Job Requirements
- High School Education or equivalent
- Proficient in the English Language
- Two (2) years related customer service work experience
- Ability to interact with and manage multiple computer systems to access client information
- Demonstrated communication skills with pleasant phone and interaction skills
- Demonstrated written communication skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy
- Basic understanding of privacy regulations and the need to authenticate customers prior to discussing account information
- Proficient in Windows based applications
- Demonstrates an ability to prioritize and troubleshoot issues
- Knowledge of policies and regulations (i.e. Patriot Act, Check 21, Regulation E)

• The Business Unit Leader will report to a Group Leader/Portfolio Manager and will be responsible for: The financial and resource planning for all aspects of Imaginet and potential future Business Units. • Ensuring the business is financially sound, well managed, and achieves key targets utilizing the best practise from within the group. • Directing and managing employees and resources to meet business objectives, within budget. • Overseeing the welfare and development of all employees. • Developing, motivating and empowering a dedicated and experienced management team to deliver excellent results. • Developing the product strategy and ensuring delivery against a published roadmap. • Ensuring a high standard of work and customer service. • Building relationships with industry partners and alliances, principally across the UK. • Implementing risk management policies to address strategic, operational and legislative compliance risks. • Ensuring company directives and reporting are executed successfully, and company policies and procedures are adhered to and are in line with current legislation and regulations.
• Assesses member's clinical need against established guidelines and/or standards to ensure that the services provided are medically appropriate to member's needs and aligned with the benefit structure • Facilitates response to gaps in care and identified high risk members to appropriate settings of care for annual wellness visits including collaboration with treating provider • Evaluates the necessity, appropriateness and efficiency of medical services and procedures provided for both acute and chronic health care needs • Develops, coordinates and assists in implementation of individualized plan of care for members and identification of barriers towards Self-Management and optimal wellness • Coordinates with members, family, physician, hospital and other external customers with respect to the appropriateness of care from diagnosis to outcome • Coordinates the delivery of high quality, cost-effective care supported by clinical practice guidelines established by the plan addressing the entire continuum of care including transitional care • Monitors member's medical care activities, regardless of the site of service, and outcomes for appropriateness and effectiveness • Advocates for the member/family among various sites to coordinate resource utilization and evaluation of services provided • Encourages member participation and compliance in the case/disease management program efforts • Documents accurately and comprehensively based on the standards of practice and current organization policies • Interacts and communicates with multidisciplinary teams either telephonically and/or in person striving for continuity and efficiency as the member is managed along the continuum of care • Evaluates care by problem solving, analyzing variances and participating in the quality improvement program to enhance member outcomes • Serves as mentor/trainer to new RN's and other staff as needed • Presents clinical cases during audits conducted by external review organizations • Performs other duties as assigned by management.
