Role Description The Staff Appraiser will be responsible for performing desk review analysis on the property valuation products ordered by Pennymac for its business transactions. As the Appraiser, you will work with appraisal management companies to perfect property valuations as needed. - Perform desk review of property valuation products and justify in writing any value conclusions that differ from the valuation. - Provide guidance to other staff members regarding property valuation strategies. - Meet all service levels pertaining to the property valuation strategies. - Keep management apprised of any concerns regarding the performance of an appraiser, the appraisal management company or any part of the property valuation process. - Perform other related duties as required and assigned. - Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. - 5+ years of relevant work experience. - Current certification to perform residential appraisals. - Prior field experience performing residential property appraisals. - Functional understanding of USPAP regulations. • Conduct high call volume, telephonic and text outreach to eligible families to schedule and ensure completion of their initial visits with the Nest Health clinical team • Use Nest Health’s customer relations management tool to manage Nest Health eligibility lists and meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for reaching, scheduling and completing first visits with our clinical team and family members • Identify and execute innovative activation strategies to get eligible families to select Nest as their family primary care provider • Help build, refine, and leverage reporting and dashboards to meet activation/engagement targets; prioritize different outreach modalities to eligible families; and help Nest continually refine its outreach approaches and algorithms • Participate in the development and refinement of messaging, conversation guides, and FAQs to improve the effectiveness of Nest outreach • May work flexible or extended hours to accomplish business goals

• Resolve second-level escalations beyond first-line CSR capability across claims, eligibility, benefits, and billing inquiries • Investigate issues thoroughly, document findings, and record all activity in the centralized escalation tracker • Determine root cause where possible; when the issue is an education matter, work directly with the member to provide education • Assist in escalated call audits and tracking currently being done by the Customer Service Director • Escalate to an ESR when an issue is technically complex or requires deeper expertise, providing a clear and documented handoff • Take approved immediate actions within authority and route “send-on” items to the appropriate team • Meet acknowledgment, response, and resolution SLAs based on issue severity • Coordinate all client-facing responses through Account Management and the RRT; avoid conflicting or untracked communication • Flag recurring issues and emerging patterns to the RRT to support trend identification and root cause analysis
