Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance and/or accounting. Masters preferred.
- 5-7+ years of progressive experience in finance with operations, manufacturing, and supply chain experience.
- 3+ years of Leadership experience with demonstrated career progression.
- Manufacturing and/or operations finance experience required.
- Standard costing and inventory accounting experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in hardware service environments a plus.
- Experience in SaaS or ARR business models a plus.
- Experienced in Excel and Microsoft Office required. Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream, BI, or related visualization applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work in a high paced environment.
- Ability to effectively work in a multi-location, global organization and adapt to local cultures.
