We are looking for a Director of Design to lead the experience for our Ads Platform pillar. In this high-impact role, you will be the design leader for the entire ads platform ecosystem, including the end-to-end experience of ads.reddit.com. You will be responsible for defining and executing the experience strategy for a critical area of our business, transforming how advertisers engage with the Reddit community. You will oversee the design vision for major strategic initiatives, including evolving our ads manager toward agentic campaign management experiences that deliver optimal performance while inviting transparency, control, and human ingenuity. Your work will be central to our goal of growing our base of active advertisers and defining the next set of industry-leading innovations inside of a rapidly growing ads business at Reddit. Create and drive an end-to-end UX strategy for the Ads Platform that aligns with Reddit’s mission. Lead the design of features that drive self-service adoption, such as in-platform insights, recommendations, and advanced reporting insights. Lead and manage a high-performing team of designers, fostering a culture of mentorship and craft excellence. Partner deeply with Product and Research to drive platform-wide initiatives, ensuring that complex ad technology is accessible and user-centric. Own the quality of the advertiser experience and the efficiency of the design organization by enhancing design systems and high-impact delivery workflows. Effectively communicate and influence at the executive level, serving as a subject matter expert on ad tech industry trends and user behavior. Exhibit a "Reddit-first" attitude, showing the ability to quickly pivot design functions to support rapidly changing business priorities and advertiser needs.

• Executes ENFRA’s enterprise roadmap for Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot in alignment with the CDDO strategy and divisional priorities. • Define and maintain the future-state architecture for collaboration, knowledge management, and AI-assisted work (information architecture, site/team design patterns, lifecycle, and integration standards). • Establish enforceable tenant standards and configuration baselines (naming, provisioning, retention, external sharing, guest access, templates, and lifecycle management) with clear decision rights. • Own service health, incident patterns, and reliability outcomes for Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot—partnering with IT operations while retaining experience accountability. • Establish a DEX performance dashboard (service health signals, adoption signals, and friction points) and run a recurring remediation cadence. • Standardize release readiness, change control, and communication for feature changes that materially affect user experience and productivity. • Partner with Security, Legal, and Records/Compliance to ensure collaboration and Copilot usage complies with enterprise policy (data handling, retention, eDiscovery, DLP, sensitivity labeling, and auditability). • Define and enforce governance for Teams and SharePoint sprawl reduction (lifecycle, archival, ownership, and accountability), including divisional operating rhythms. • Own Copilot usage standards, role-based enablement, and guardrails for prompt and agent usage patterns that reduce risk while increasing adoption. • Create and run the enterprise adoption operating model for Teams, SharePoint, and Copilot (champion network, training, office hours, communications, and executive reporting). • Deliver repeatable playbooks and templates for high-value use cases (meeting effectiveness, knowledge capture, search, and Copilot-assisted workflows). • Measure adoption and realized value, not just feature enablement—driving targeted interventions by persona, role, and division. • Operate centrally in the CDDO with dotted-line partnership to divisions—aligning priorities, enforcing standards, and enabling divisional productivity outcomes. • Serve as the executive-level point of accountability for the digital employee experience for Copilot/Teams/SharePoint—translating feedback into a prioritized enterprise backlog. • Partner with the CIO organization, HR/Comms, and divisional leaders to ensure platform decisions protect delivery stability and executive relationships.

• Maintaining our AWS infrastructure • Scalable & Maintainable Backend Feature Development [Python Experience is Required] • Scalable & Maintainable API/SFTP Integrations [Experience is Required] • Monitoring and troubleshooting Postgres DB (adding/removing indexes, partitioning/sharding) • Maintaining developer environments. • Managing CI pipelines and runners. • Setting up and managing alerting systems. • Providing on-call support and guidance to other developers to triage issues.

• Provide technical leadership and architectural direction for Intangible's platform layer • Design and evolve infrastructure for our AI-assisted, collaborative tools at scale • Lead the implementation of backend services and APIs with a focus on security, modularity, and performance • Define and implement infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and system health tooling • Ensure our systems meet high availability targets ("four nines") while remaining flexible for rapid iteration • Integrate 3rd-party services including AI pipelines, payments, analytics, and user auth • Collaborate across product, design, and ML to translate creative tooling needs into backend capabilities
