Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 years working in a professional, customer facing role either on the phone or in person
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to express verbal and written information clearly and professionally
- Ability to maintain reliable high‑speed internet service
- Ability to maintain a dedicated, distraction‑free workspace
- Experience working in a high volume call center environment is required
- Strong critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience working in Life, Health, or Supplemental Insurance is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus

Role Description We are looking for a highly skilled HubSpot CRM Expert who will take ownership of the company's existing HubSpot environment and help maximize its capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who has extensive hands-on experience managing HubSpot, building scalable automations, maintaining CRM data integrity, and developing meaningful reporting dashboards that drive business decisions.
