Role Description We are looking for an exceptional FP&A Manager, Professional Services and Partner Support to join our finance team, partnering with the field and sales operations teams. You will be a key member of our FP&A function, reporting to the Director of Finance, driving our FP&A activities in an extremely fast-growing, dynamic, distributed software company. This is a high-profile global role with senior-level visibility. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact in one of the most exciting software companies around. What You Will Be Doing - Play an integral role in managing/forecasting our professional services and sales partner organizations. - Drive appropriate behavior within the organizations around planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a global environment. - Collaborate and drive the budgeting process ensuring realistic alignment on aggressive growth plans with a focus on execution and achievable objectives. - Partner with sales, services, sales operations, and finance teams creating and managing short and long-term KPIs, forecasts, and business/Go To Market models. - Responsible for the planning and forecasting of our professional services and sales partner organizations’ resources and non-compensation expenses. - Responsibilities include but are not limited to sizing and forecasting our partner programs such as our rebate programs, capacity planning for our professional services teams including our subcontractor usage, and modelling and forecasting our professional services revenue. - Experience managing a business from a complete P&L perspective creating processes that ensure forecast accuracy. - Contribute to the monthly close process, including reviewing accruals, reconciling actuals vs forecast for revenue, spend, and headcount, and presenting findings to senior leadership. Bonus Points - 5 to 7+ years of similar FP&A experience with a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus. - Experience in Professional Services and ideally, Partner Support. - Demonstrates initiative and creativity in problem solving and approaches to work. - Proven experience supporting professional services and sales partner organizations. - Meticulous attention-to-detail combined with an inquisitive and analytical mindset. - Understanding of models and concepts, such as how partner rebate programs work, how professional services capacity planning works, what drives professional services revenue, how commission structures are managed, etc. - The ability to translate sophisticated data into practical insights. - Strong eye for business and critical thinking with a focus on driving financial performance and optimizing resources. - Excellent communication and presentation skills that are effective in communicating financial information to both financial and non-financial partners. - Experience using software tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, NetSuite, Pigment, BigQuery, and other business intelligence platforms. - Strong work ethic who is willing to work both autonomously and collaboratively and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Compensation - Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary. This role does not have a variable compensation component. - The typical starting salary range for new hires in this role is $106,900 — $169,100 USD. - In select locations (including Seattle WA, Los Angeles CA, the San Francisco Bay Area CA, and the New York City Metro Area), an alternate range may apply: $128,200 — $202,700 USD. - Elastic believes that employees should have the opportunity to share in the value that we create together for our shareholders. - This role is currently eligible to participate in Elastic's stock program. - Our total rewards package includes a company-matched 401k with dollar-for-dollar matching up to 6% of eligible earnings. Role Description Service contract will assist the implementation of specific measures of the draft Circular Economy Strategy and Action Plan, expected to be adopted by the Government of Ukraine in 2026. The project is structured around the four Strategic Objectives of the draft Circular Economy Strategy and Action Plan: - Harmonization of legislation with the EU circular economy law (including regulations on specific waste streams and value chains and formal performance reporting); an update of the Circular Economy Strategy and Action Plan may also be required; - Market-based solutions for circular economy development; - Raising of awareness of circular economy; - Innovative approaches in circular economy. The project will be implemented through a combination of high-level expertise, legislative drafting and institutional capacity building. IT support, including the development of technical specifications and IT platforms, may also be required. The Ministry for Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine will be the main Beneficiary for the project, but close cooperation with other stakeholders will be required. Qualifications - Master’s degree in at least one of these fields: economics, law, environmental, development studies, political sciences, or directly related disciplines; or, in the absence of a Master degree, a Bachelor degree in the same fields with 12 years of general professional experience related to circular economy development; - Fluency in English (at least C1 level); - Knowledge of Ukrainian language (at least B2 level) will be a strong advantage. Requirements - At least 10 years of professional experience covering the formulation and/or implementation of circular, and/or decarbonized, and/or resource efficient economy policies, and of public or private interventions in circular economy and sustainable value chains; - At least 3 years of experience as Team Leader managing donor funded projects in the area of circular economy / green economy / sustainable economic development, preferably EU funded projects, or alternatively, at least 3 years of experience working as a senior official on circular economy or EU Green Deal issues in the public administration in an EU Member State or EU Candidate Country. - At least 3 years of experience with harmonisation of legislation with the EU circular economy law and/or waste legislation, and/or drafting or implementation of circular economy strategies / action plans, and/or with market-based solutions for circular economy development; - Experience in institutional capacity building and training on circular economy will be an advantage; - Experience in Ukraine on circular economy development or sustainable consumption and production or waste management will be an advantage.
