• Provide clinical assessments, therapy, and related psychological services. • Bill services independently under your own license. • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with professional and regulatory standards. • Collaborate with VPM leadership and staff as needed to support client care. • Ensure compliance with all applicable licensing, billing, and ethical requirements.

• Provide remote counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups. • Collaborate with clients to identify concerns, define counseling goals, and develop actionable treatment plans. • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with all state, federal, and company policies (i.e., HIPAA). • Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, meetings, and training opportunities. • Integrate Christian faith and psychological best practices in therapy as appropriate. • Refer clients to other resources or specialists as needed. • Engage in occasional community outreach or ministry initiatives relevant to Light Counseling’s mission. • Provide clinical supervision or mentorship to interns and residents (if qualified). • Perform other duties as assigned.

• Assemble, solder, rework, and integrate electronic prototypes, printed circuit assemblies (PCAs), and cabling. • Perform hardware bring-up, functional testing, and troubleshooting of prototype and production units. • Build and maintain test fixtures, jigs, and benches for validation and production. • Operate lab equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, soldering/rework stations). • Support field-test preparation, kitting, and logistics for hardware deployments. • Maintain accurate build records, as-built documentation, and component inventory. • Mentor junior technicians and enforce ESD, safety, and quality practices. • Partner with engineering to improve manufacturability and assembly processes.

• You’ll spend each day communicating on the phone with clients to understand their situation, figure out whether we can help them, and advise them on the next steps. • You'll become an expert on a complex and interesting field, learn to rapidly navigate our internal tech platforms and tools (Salesforce, etc.), and help hundreds of ordinary people (each with a unique story) every week. • You’ll be measured by and compensated for the impact you have on our clients. • The conversations are deeply rewarding, and clients are profoundly grateful. You will have to navigate conversations on deeply personal and sad topics, gently but quickly offer guidance, and handle many different interactions over the course of a day.
