• Develop and organize training curricula for apprenticeship programs • Structure and document training pathways, competencies, and learning objectives • Build training materials including guides, manuals, and program documentation • Translate program concepts into structured, scalable training systems • Coordinate apprenticeship program documentation and compliance requirements • Maintain training records, logs, and required reporting components • Support onboarding structure for apprentices from a training perspective • Collaborate with HR to align training with hiring and onboarding processes • Research and source Continuing Education Units (CEUs) aligned with program needs • Identify and manage training platforms, tools, and external learning resources • Maintain organized tracking of CEU usage and requirements • Develop SOPs related to training and program implementation • Ensure all training processes are documented, structured, and repeatable • Maintain centralized organization of all training and program materials • Develop PowerPoints, training presentations, and internal materials • Support development of new program initiatives (e.g., transition programs) • Assist with grant support activities, including research and document preparation • Execute special projects that support organizational growth and efficiency • Provide operational support to leadership in building scalable systems • Executive calendar management • Email triage • Follow-up coordination • Meeting coordination

• Provide individual teletherapy sessions in students’ preferred language when possible (Spanish, Arabic, Vietnamese, French, etc.) • Use culturally responsive, short-term interventions to support students experiencing emotional, behavioral, or academic-related stress • Collaborate with school counselors, family resource managers, and administrators to support students with limited English proficiency • Document all services in the EHR system, ensuring clarity for both English- and non-English-speaking caregivers and partners • Maintain timely, FERPA- and HIPAA-compliant notes, treatment plans, and discharge reports

• Deliver individual tele-therapy sessions for K–12 students referred by participating schools • Utilize short-term, evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy • Address a range of concerns including anxiety, grief, trauma, academic stress, and family or peer conflict • Provide services to diverse student populations, including multilingual learners and those without insurance • Coordinate with school counselors, family resource managers, and administrative teams • Complete all clinical documentation (intake, progress, and discharge notes) within 48 hours • Ensure compliance with all licensure board requirements, HIPAA, FERPA, and program-specific standards

• Support communication between clinical professionals and K–12 students/families whose primary language is not English • Accurately convey spoken communication during counseling sessions while preserving meaning, tone, and emotional intent • Participate in live therapy sessions, psychoeducational meetings, parent consultations, and occasional school collaboration meetings • Maintain strict confidentiality and neutrality • Provide real-time interpretation during individual, family, and group therapy sessions • Interpret both directions (student/family ↔ clinician) without summarizing or altering meaning • Preserve emotional tone and clinical nuance when translating sensitive topics • Clarify cultural or linguistic concepts only when requested by the clinician • Assist with parent meetings, intake appointments, treatment planning reviews, and discharge meetings • Maintain session flow without engaging in side conversations or independent guidance • Document interpreter participation per session requirements (attendance acknowledgment only; no clinical notes) • Follow all HIPAA and FERPA confidentiality requirements • Notify the team of scheduling conflicts and attend sessions punctually
