• Lavorerai nel team di Operations che è il team che si occupa di garantire il perfetto funzionamento per professionisti e pazienti della nostro centro medico e nella pratica si occupa di selezionare, integrare, formare i nostri specialisti, e di supportare ogni paziente e ogni professionista che ha bisogno di una mano, o di ricevere determinate informazioni; • Ci aiuterai nella ricerca e selezione di nuovi professionisti e nuove professioniste e darai loro, e agli utenti, assistenza operativa; • Avrai spazio per ripensare i flussi esistenti e disegnare quelli nuovi. Spoiler: qui l'AI non è una buzzword, è parte del toolkit quotidiano — e ti chiederemo di ragionare con noi su dove e come usarla per semplificarti la vita (e quella dei tuoi colleghi).

- Sei una persona pragmatica e dinamica, che sa "sporcarsi le mani" e ed è entusiasta di lavorare in un ambiente che cresce e che cambia;

- Oltre ai classici Google Workspace, Notion e il mai abbastanza celebrato Slack, hai Claude, Gemini o ChatGPT aperti in un tab: sei curioso di capire in cosa si differenziano, sai (più o meno) cos'è un LLM e cos'è un agente, e quando leggi di un nuovo tool ti viene voglia di provarlo.
- Se poi hai già avuto a che fare con quello che altre aziende chiamano "Talent Acquisition", "Customer Service" o “Workflow Optimization“ partirai con un piccolo vantaggio.

• Conduct structured telephonic medical history interviews with insurance applicants in a professional, compliant, and empathetic manner • Gather detailed information related to: medical history, conditions, treatments, and medications, lifestyle factors including tobacco, alcohol, and hazardous activities, and occupational, financial, and income-related information • Probe appropriately to clarify incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear information • Accurately document interview responses within underwriting systems and workflows • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality during sensitive health-related discussions • Review applications for missing or incomplete information prior to applicant interviews • Order, coordinate, and track underwriting requirements including: attending Physician Statements (APS), paramedical exams and laboratory requirements, prior or concurrent application data and supplemental questionnaires and follow-up documentation • Monitor outstanding requirements and proactively follow up to avoid processing delays • Ensure cases are complete, organized, and underwriting decision-ready • Partner closely with underwriters to: clarify case details, identify outstanding requirements and escalate complex or unusual findings • Communicate with agents, applicants, medical vendors, and internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information • Maintain alignment with underwriting guidelines, service expectations, and workflow standards • Maintain high standards of accuracy, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance • Follow established interview protocols, underwriting procedures, and workflow processes • Participate in quality reviews, coaching, and continuous improvement initiatives • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive applicant information
