Role Description We're looking for a hands-on financial leader who owns the full financial architecture of a payments business: cash flow, treasury, banking relationships, PSP infrastructure, compliance, and corporate structure across multiple jurisdictions. This role sits at the intersection of finance, treasury, payment operations, compliance, and legal/corporate structure. You'll work closely with the owners, turning the financial picture of the business into something transparent and actionable for decision-making. This is a hands-on role: you'll personally dig into the numbers, payment flows, bank statements, PSP reports, and contracts, and define what needs to change. - Manage treasury and cash flow across banks, PSPs, legal entities, and currencies; build cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity in real time - Prepare management reporting: Balance Sheet, P&L, indirect Cash Flow, consolidated across entities, regions, or business lines - Build and maintain relationships with banks, PSPs, auditors, and legal/compliance advisors - Manage payment routes, settlements, commissions, rolling reserves, chargebacks, and reconciliation - Define requirements for reporting and internal finance tools (CRM/ERP/BI) as part of the finance function's ownership - Support corporate structure, legal entity management, and compliance readiness across jurisdictions - Act as a financial partner to the owners on key business decisions Qualifications - Recent, hands-on experience (last 2-3 years) with the Russian market: payment routes, banking, compliance, and regulatory constraints. Experience limited to before 2022 is not sufficient. - Real ownership of treasury and cash flow: managing liquidity across multiple banks, PSPs, entities, and currencies - Background in payments, fintech, PSP, iGaming/betting/gambling, high-risk merchant business, forex/brokerage, or crypto payments (with a strong compliance and treasury component) - Experience with multi-jurisdiction structures: several legal entities, banks, currencies, and regulatory environments - Comfortable working with incomplete data and unstructured processes, with the ability to build clarity from scratch Requirements - Experience in iGaming, betting, or affiliate/marketing holding structures - Experience with Cyprus, CIS, Canada, Hong Kong, Curaçao, Anjouan, or the EU - Experience building a finance function from scratch or managing a small team - Experience automating reporting or implementing BI/dashboard tools - English fluency for talks with banks, PSPs, and auditors - Experience in a lean international company with hands-on involvement in daily operations Benefits - Direct access to the owners and real influence on the business - The chance to shape the finance function as the company grows, and expand your scope over time - A stable, established business in a growing market - Compensation discussed individually based on experience

Role Description You'll build the internal software layer that makes Arago run faster. Working directly with the CEO and management team, you'll design, develop, and deploy production-grade internal tools, from AI-powered workflow automation to agentic systems. This is a critical, high-visibility project at the heart of the company, with direct founder exposure from day one. Qualifications - Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Full-Stack Developer. - Proven experience building and shipping production-grade SaaS applications end to end (frontend, backend, database, deployment) — a strong portfolio or shipped product matters more than years of experience. - Proficiency in modern web stacks (e.g., TypeScript/React, Python/FastAPI or Node.js, PostgreSQL). - Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into applications; familiarity with agentic frameworks and tool-calling patterns is a strong plus. - Ability to deploy and maintain applications on-premise or in self-hosted environments (Docker, Linux, CI/CD); comfort with security and access-control basics. - Product mindset: you talk to users, scope pragmatically, and ship in days, not quarters. - Language: English at a proficient level. French is a plus. Requirements - Design, build, and maintain internal tools and dashboards used across the company (operations, recruiting, finance, engineering coordination). - Integrate AI capabilities (LLM workflows, autonomous agents, retrieval systems) into these tools to automate and augment company processes. - Deploy and operate applications on-premise, ensuring reliability, security, and data confidentiality. - Work in tight iteration loops with the CEO and management team: gather needs, prototype quickly, refine based on real usage. - Establish lightweight engineering practices (versioning, testing, monitoring) appropriate for fast-moving internal products.
