Role Description We are looking for an experienced marketing Executive to support our marketing team, with a focus on the German market. This is a busy role, supporting across social media and content to translation, campaign support, and ecommerce initiatives. As a part of this role, some time will be dedicated to supporting our German patients, managing day to day queries. However, as our operations scale and our new system (Cannaflow) goes live, the balance of the role is expected to shift progressively towards marketing. - Full bilingual fluency in English and German is essential for this role. Qualifications - Experience in managing social media channels. - Strong content creation skills across various formats. - Ability to translate and localize content effectively. - Experience in community management and patient support. Requirements - Managing and growing the Releaf social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, in line with brand and compliance guidelines. - Developing and owning the DE social content calendar. - Creating platform-appropriate content across formats - reels, carousels, stills, and stories - bringing your own creative direction while working within brand guidelines. - Submitting design briefs to the creative team via Monday.com for German-market content. - Sourcing UGC creators and influencers relevant to the DE market for collaboration. - Translating and localizing communications, copy, and website content from English to German, with turnaround expectations agreed on a case-by-case basis. - Supporting asset updates as Releaf DE's messaging evolves. - Contributing to campaign planning and flagging key German cultural moments and dates, working closely with the Country Manager to ensure local relevance. - Tracking performance against weekly and quarterly KPIs, reporting on follower growth, content pipeline, and upcoming campaigns. - Scheduling content through SocialPilot where applicable. - Supporting the build and launch of the Releaf Accessories shop, working closely with the UK Ecomm Coordinator. - Monitoring and responding to comments via Meta Business Suite. - Responding to Releaf DE's Trustpilot reviews. - Managing the Releaf central contact inbox via Front, handling inbound enquiries from patients, organisations, and cooperation partners. - Responding to patient queries relating to delivery times and delays, refund requests, payment methods, out-of-stock orders, and prescription copy requests. - Coordinating with pharmacies and, working closely with the Country Manager, acting as the connector between patients, pharmacies, and doctors when orders require manual resolution. - Handling apology communications and goodwill gestures where appropriate. - Answering questions about medication doses and usage in coordination with the clinical team. - Supporting stock updates working closely with the Country Manager. - Logging and escalating technical bugs and order issues to the IT team and Country Manager for resolution. Who we’re looking for: We’re looking for a proactive, creative Social Media Executive to join our busy, growing Marketing Department, someone who can own our channels end-to-end and bring genuine energy and initiative to the role. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of Releaf’s social channels across the UK - planning, creating, scheduling and reporting on content that grows our brand and connects with our patients. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be expected to bring ideas to the table, execute independently, and proactively flag opportunities rather than wait to be directed. You’ll work closely with the Head of Content & Ecommerce and collaborate across the wider marketing department to keep everything aligned, on-brand and on time. Ideally you’ll have 2+ years’ experience managing social media channels professionally, with a track record of growing engaged audiences across multiple platforms. Experience in healthcare, wellness or a regulated sector is highly desirable! Key Responsibilities: - Channel Management & Scheduling: Own the day-to-day management of Releaf’s social channels across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Substack and YouTube (UK and Germany), ensuring content is planned, approved and published on time, every time. - Content Creation & Ideation: Proactively bring fresh content concepts to the team - staying on top of platform trends, formats and best practices and translating them into ideas that work for Releaf’s brand and audience. - Content Shoots: Plan, produce and execute content shoots in line with the campaign calendar - briefing talent and crew, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all assets captured are on-brand and ready for use across channels. - Copywriting: Write compelling, on-brand captions, scripts and social copy across all channels, adapting tone for platform and audience. - Community Engagement: Working alongside our Community Manager, monitor comments, DMs and mentions across platforms, responding promptly and in line with brand guidelines to build trust and foster community. - Reporting: Track and report on channel KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis, providing clear commentary on performance, trends and recommendations, not just numbers. Deliver a weekly report covering follower count, engagement rate, reach and upcoming content per channel. Contribute to the monthly performance deck with a minimum of 2–3 actionable insights per cycle, moving beyond 'what happened' to 'why it happened' and 'what we do next.' We are now looking for a commercially astute, data-driven Head of Growth to help us increase revenue from the current dashboard and existing user base and owning the user dashboard. The role The Head of Growth is a pivotal senior leadership role at Releaf. You will own the user dashboard that our patients use to login and order medication, end-to-end growth strategy from channel performance through to conversion, retention, and lifetime value. Working directly with the CEO and Founder initially and cross-functional leadership team, you will define and execute the roadmap that takes Releaf to its next stage of scale from analytics to a/b testing to getting the UX/UI designed and following each through with the devs etc. This role requires someone who combines strategic conversion thinking with hands-on execution. You will bring creative ambition, analytical rigour and a genuine understanding of what it means to grow a healthcare business. About you We are looking for someone with a proven track record of driving significant, measurable growth in a digital-first, fintech or healthtech business ideally at a scale-up or high-growth company. You’ll have strong analytical skills and be comfortable with data, attribution models, cohort analysis, and building business cases from first principles. This role is hands-on, we’re looking for someone who has personally designed, built, and analysed A/B tests, not just managed a team that did and use Google Analytics to find pages with high traffic/drop off on the customer dashboard. You’ll be a strong leader and have a genuine passion for our mission, an excellent communicator and someone with a strong command of digital analytics. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Growth Strategy & Planning - Define and own Releaf's growth strategy, setting ambitious but achievable targets across patient activation, retention, and revenue. - Build and maintain a structured growth roadmap, balancing quick wins with longer-term strategy. - Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, patient segments, referral channels, and partnership models and a/b test. Conversion & Funnel Optimisation - Take ownership of the full patient funnel from login to consultation booked, prescription issued, and ongoing treatment. - Optimising and taking ownership of our patient dashboard, optimising and tracking every part. - Lead a rigorous programme of A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, onboarding flows, and communications - Work closely with the Clinical teams to remove friction points and improve the patient experience at every stage - Work with Designers on UX/UI experiments and then developers to have it developed you will have direct access to CTO. Retention & Lifetime Value - Develop and execute a retention strategy that maximises patient lifetime value and reduces churn - Identify and act on early indicators of patient drop-off, building proactive intervention programmes Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration - Lead, develop, and grow the growth team as Releaf scales building capability across performance marketing, CRM, and analytics - Work closely with the Clinical, Marketing, People and Finance teams to align growth activity with business priorities - Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and data-led decision making across the business - Ensure all growth activity is compliant with relevant healthcare regulatory requirements (don’t worry, you can just Slack our head of legal). The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and someone who is passionate about improving health and building a community that inspires progress and belonging. You’ll help shape how Releaf engages with patients, advocates, and online communities, building trust, sharing stories, and growing our presence across multiple platforms. This is a varied, hands-on role with full training and support, but we’re looking for a self-starter who thrives on ownership, manages their own workflow, and takes initiative to grow our communities across multiple platforms. Ideally you’ll have 2+ years’ experience managing online communities or in advocacy roles, with experience in healthcare, lifestyle or wellness space, highly desirable, and be confident working remotely. Key Responsibilities - Community Engagement & Moderation: Monitor and engage with Releaf’s online audiences across platforms (including Meta and other forums), responding promptly and empathetically to build trust and strengthen relationships. - Reputation Management: Respond to Trustpilot and other public reviews, addressing feedback thoughtfully and in line with brand values. - Patient Advocacy & Storytelling: Lead Releaf's Patient Stories Initiative by conducting interviews, capturing authentic experiences, and collaborating with the content team to bring patient voices to life. - Community Growth: Expand Releaf’s presence in external communities and identifying other relevant forums for engagement. - Charity & Campaign Partnerships: Support and develop partnerships with charities, focusing on awareness days, campaigns, and meaningful collaborations aligned with Releaf’s mission. - Influencer & Advocate Support: Assist in influencer marketing initiatives, building relationships with KOLs, patient advocates, and brand ambassadors to amplify Releaf’s reach. - Reporting & Insights: Track community engagement metrics, share insights on audience sentiment, and identify opportunities to improve patient experience and brand presence.
