Role Description You'll build the internal software layer that makes Arago run faster. Working directly with the CEO and management team, you'll design, develop, and deploy production-grade internal tools, from AI-powered workflow automation to agentic systems. This is a critical, high-visibility project at the heart of the company, with direct founder exposure from day one. Qualifications - Previous experience as a Software Engineer, Data Scientist, AI Engineer, ML Engineer, or Full-Stack Developer. - Proven experience building and shipping production-grade SaaS applications end to end (frontend, backend, database, deployment) — a strong portfolio or shipped product matters more than years of experience. - Proficiency in modern web stacks (e.g., TypeScript/React, Python/FastAPI or Node.js, PostgreSQL). - Hands-on experience integrating LLMs and AI APIs into applications; familiarity with agentic frameworks and tool-calling patterns is a strong plus. - Ability to deploy and maintain applications on-premise or in self-hosted environments (Docker, Linux, CI/CD); comfort with security and access-control basics. - Product mindset: you talk to users, scope pragmatically, and ship in days, not quarters. - Language: English at a proficient level. French is a plus. Requirements - Design, build, and maintain internal tools and dashboards used across the company (operations, recruiting, finance, engineering coordination). - Integrate AI capabilities (LLM workflows, autonomous agents, retrieval systems) into these tools to automate and augment company processes. - Deploy and operate applications on-premise, ensuring reliability, security, and data confidentiality. - Work in tight iteration loops with the CEO and management team: gather needs, prototype quickly, refine based on real usage. - Establish lightweight engineering practices (versioning, testing, monitoring) appropriate for fast-moving internal products. • Project Architecture: Lead the operational rebuild of internal funnels and asset copy—briefing and routing structural work to the right internal specialists rather than producing the content yourself. • Team Cadence Leadership: Run and manage weekly internal team cadences to ensure total alignment, accountability, and project velocity. • Executive Coordination: Manage critical meetings, secure leadership approvals, and track high-priority follow-throughs so zero details fall through the cracks. • Operational Resolution: Own the internal error log and drive decisive, calm resolutions whenever workflow mistakes happen. • Customer Journey Stewardship: Hold complete operational ownership of the end-to-end customer journey, intentionally bridging the gap from initial brand touchpoint to finalized agreement. • High-Empathy Sales Support: Support critical enrollment and value conversations with deep empathy and transparent, value-confident communication—maintaining premium standards without ever resorting to hard-selling techniques.
