Role Description Horizonia is looking for talented Customer Service Representatives to join a dedicated support team for a globally recognized Streaming Channel. If you are passionate about the entertainment industry and enjoy helping others, this is your chance to be part of an exciting, fast-paced project! Qualifications - Full professional proficiency in Italian and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory. - Must already be residing in Portugal. (Please note: no relocation packages are offered for this market). - Although this is a fully remote position, candidates must live within a 50 km radius of the Concentrix Lisbon office. - Previous experience in Customer Service, Call Center, or Help Desk roles is highly valued. - Excellent communication skills, tech-savviness, and a customer-centric mindset. Requirements - Availability: Monday to Sunday (365 days per year). - Operating Hours: Rotational shifts between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM. - Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week.
