• Provide compassionate, non-judgmental financial counseling to clients nationwide through phone-based services • Deliver phone-based financial counseling services • Respond to inbound calls, client emails, and conduct outbound service-related calls • Gather, review, and analyze client financial information, including credit reports • Develop and present individualized action plans and educational resources • Discuss program options and applicable fees when appropriate • Provide housing-related counseling services, including: Pre-purchase counseling, Foreclosure prevention, Rental counseling, Post-loan modification coaching, Reverse mortgage counseling • Maintain accurate records and strict confidentiality of client information • Complete required training and maintain applicable certifications • Collaborate with colleagues to support service quality and organizational goals • Perform additional duties as assigned

• Lead accounting operations across multiple entities and residential construction projects. • Own month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. • Track project costs, job profitability, construction budgets, and cash flow. • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany transactions. • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks. • Prepare management reports and lender reporting packages. • Partner with external CPA firms on tax and year-end processes. • Improve financial systems, reporting, and internal controls as the company grows.

• Provide financial analysis, reporting, business support, and responds to external requests • Management and administration of the FPA Planning system (NetSuite Planning and Budgeting NSPB) • Support the process and creation of financial forecasts and budgets for all major forecasting and budgeting cycles • Creation of report templates to support analysis and requirements of management and FPA staff • Produce multiple reporting packages used internally and externally • Prepare reports and analysis of trends in P&L results and business metrics compared to expectations to provide insight into business results • Support Accounting department during the close periods to ensure data integrity • Monthly consolidated headcount reporting • Create and maintain reporting hierarchies for financial systems (NetSuite, NSPB, and Smart View) • Provide supporting schedules for external reporting (Monthly Management Review and Lender reporting) • Distribute financials to the Accounting/Finance team for review during the accounting close process • Support Ad hoc report requests from the Board of Directors as well as the internal management team • Business Support of the executives and other departments • Business and Reporting Process Improvement through documentation and modern reporting tools
