Financial Leader

INHAUS

• Lead accounting operations across multiple entities and residential construction projects. • Own month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting. • Track project costs, job profitability, construction budgets, and cash flow. • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany transactions. • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks. • Prepare management reports and lender reporting packages. • Partner with external CPA firms on tax and year-end processes. • Improve financial systems, reporting, and internal controls as the company grows.

Job Requirements

  • Experience as a Senior Accountant, Financial Controller, Accounting Manager, or similar supporting U.S. companies.
  • Recent experience in homebuilding, residential construction, land development, or construction accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of job costing and project-based accounting.
  • Experience managing multiple legal entities and intercompany transactions.
  • Advanced QuickBooks experience (required).
  • Strong understanding of U.S. accounting principles and month-end close.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Professional English communication skills.
