Logs all referrals into the EMR system and monitors status to ensure timely completion. • Makes outbound calls as needed to complete assigned tasks related to referrals. • Serves as reserve point of contact at the Methodist Transplant/Liver Institute regarding incoming calls, appointment scheduling, and follow-up calls related to care coordination. • Maintains the strictest confidentiality while attempting to provide first-call resolution. • Screens calls, takes messages when applicable, and conveys information to appropriate parties per department workflows. • Complies with all administrative workflows of the MTS department. You will help establish MET Polska's Balancing Service Provider capabilities and enable Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), conventional generation, renewable assets, and demand-side response resources to participate in balancing, ancillary services, and Capacity Market mechanisms.
