Role Description The ASM Manager is responsible for overseeing all application maintenance work critical to the success of the Application Support and Maintenance (ASM) initiative. This is the sole onshore ASM role, managing and coordinating offshore resources. Candidates should have 15+ years of experience in managing AMS (Application Maintenance Services) and addressing issues.
