• Lead the design of D365 F&O solutions, focusing on Production Control, Master Planning, Inventory Management, and Supply Chain • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand production requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Provide subject matter expertise in manufacturing execution, production scheduling, and shop floor control • Define best practices for BOM (Bill of Materials), routing, lean manufacturing, and discrete/process manufacturing within D365 • Work closely with development teams to ensure solutions align with Microsoft best practices and industry standards • Support data migration, system integration, and third-party software connectivity • Conduct system testing, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and end-user training • Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of significant industry experience within manufacturing
- 7+ years of D365 FSC/AX implementation/consulting experience required
- 3 or more Dynamics full life cycle implementations within manufacturing
- Microsoft certifications are highly desirable
- BA/BS in MIS, Computer Science, Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing Management, Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
- Expertise in production control, SCM and MRP
- Ability to travel to provide services to clients; and nationally 30% or more

Role Description This is an Individual Contributor position within the Professional Services team.
