Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Angular (Components, Services, and Routing).
- Experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Consuming and integrating REST APIs.
- Basic understanding of authentication using OAuth2.
- Familiarity with Git for version control.
- Nice-to-have: Basic knowledge of Python (especially for AI projects or Streamlit applications).
- Basic knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with SQL, BigQuery, or Databricks.
- Experience troubleshooting in distributed systems.

Role Description Il nostro tech stack: - PHP, Laravel, MariaDB, Redis - React, TypeScript, Inertia.js, Tailwind - Docker, AWS, Terraform, GitHub Actions Cosa farai: - Lavorerai a stretto contatto con la CPO & co-founder di Ninacare, Valentina de Caro e il Senior Software Engineer, Vladyslav Khytrov, contribuendo allo sviluppo e all’evoluzione del prodotto con autonomia, ownership e orientamento all’impatto. - Progettare, sviluppare e mantenere funzionalità full-stack, dalla progettazione del database alla creazione di componenti frontend riutilizzabili, seguendo il processo dall’idea al rilascio. - Collaborare con il team prodotto su funzionalità complesse, agenti conversazionali e autonomi, integrazioni, automazioni, ma anche bug fixing e CRUD. - Scrivere codice, manutenibile, coerente, testato e documentato, seguendo le best practice ingegneristiche. - Ottimizzare/evolvere la codebase esistente attraverso refactoring, ottimizzazione, e gestione pragmatica del debito tecnico. - Lavorare quotidianamente con i Coding Agent, mantenendo la responsabilità dell’output finale: sei tu che guidi l’AI, non viceversa. Qualifications - Almeno 3 anni di esperienza come sviluppatore o sviluppatrice full-stack. - Una persona AI-first: ragioni e decidi con la tua testa su architettura, prodotto e trade-off tecnici, poi usi gli strumenti giusti per costruire meglio, più velocemente e con più qualità. - Puoi non avere esperienza su tutto il nostro stack tecnico, ma è importante che tu abbia solidi fondamenti di informatica e ingegneria del software e voglia di imparare velocemente nuovi strumenti e framework. - Esperienza nella progettazione ed evoluzione di database relazionali. - Sai capire il contesto, fare le domande giuste e trasformare problemi aperti in soluzioni concrete. - Sai prendere decisioni tecniche pragmatiche, valutando trade-off tra qualità, velocità, complessità e impatto sul prodotto e sul team. - Hai cura per qualità del codice, coerenza architetturale, documentazione e manutenibilità. - Hai esperienza nel collaborare in team piccoli, agili e distribuiti, con autonomia, ownership e spirito collaborativo. - Hai curiosità verso AI, agentic coding tools e nuovi modi di costruire software; sai cos’è un Agent e, ancora meglio, ne hai già costruito uno.
